Project Overview

Our Solution

The glass package used double glass with Low-E 272 and argon gas to provide strong year-round performance through both winter and summer. Installation Details
This was a large and detailed installation. Many of the windows were oversized, and some units were too heavy for only two or three installers to lift safely. NorthShield used a six-person crew and special equipment to position and fit the larger windows properly.
The full installation took six days. The crew worked carefully through the custom openings, matching the millwork and handling the larger units with the right equipment. The finished project gave the home a complete high-performance window upgrade with custom sizing, chestnut brown colour, improved energy efficiency and better soundproofing.
