Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had 4 windows installed in our house and are quite happy with the results and for the most part the experience. Rodney was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I specially liked how prompt he was to respond either via text or phone call to any and all questions we had. The installation team was very good too. They were quick, friendly and very tidy. We thought there would be a ton of dust or debris but it was very minimal. They came in, set up covers on the floor so they wouldn't get it dirty and went about their business. Did not take long to install, about half a day, and the windows look amazing!
My only complain is that the office was not very communicative. We had no idea our windows were ready to be installed until 10 minutes before they showed up at the door. Apparently, you're supposed to get a phone call to schedule your appointment and an email confirmation. This really put a damper on our experience. Luckily we happened to be home on that day but I felt it was very unprofessional of the office to not confirm that we were available beforehand.

I will see how the window performs after this winter.
